Eptagon Business Solutions arranges for the overseas landside logistics, customs clearing and forwarding and sea or air freight transporation.

Eptagon Business Solutions arranges the customs clearing and for the products to be delivered to the client.

INVOICING & PAYMENT

Eptagon Business Solutions then prepares an invoice in accordance with the agreed terms and payment terms. The invoice is payable in Euro directly to Eptagon Business Solutions.

REAL-TIME REPORTING

An Interactive Digital Platform provides the client with complete visibility and tracking of its shipment. The Client has access to real-time information & multiple reports that can be downloaded & saved.

COSTING SCHEDULE

Clients receive a detailed and fully transparent costing schedule reflecting fees and charges relating to each step in the process. With this in hand, an accurate unit cost can be determined for each imported item.
