Dimitri Constantinides is the Founder and CEO of the Eptagon Group, a dynamically led company rooted in numerous business sectors, including renewable energy, construction, real estate, financial, and the retail sectors.
 
Dimitri brings in a wealth of experience having lived in both South Africa and Cyprus.
 
He is widely known in South Africa for his contribution to the Cypriot community where he served as the Honorable Consul General for Cyprus in Cape Town.
 
He is moreover well-recognized as a businessman in South Africa having owned several Spar retail stores countrywide as well as serving as a board member of Nu-Macon Conglomerate.
 
Presently, Dimitri divides his time both locally and abroad in the development of local and international projects and ventures.
 
Locally, he remains a major shareholder of Bioland Holdings Ltd, a group known internationally for its renewable energy business.
 
Dimitri is a dedicated businessman who aims to grow the Eptagon Group from strength to strength. The establishment of Eptagon Business Solutions allows for the transformation of the business, trade finance and logistics sector.

ELIA PANAGIOTOPOULOS

CEO EBS

Elia Panagiotopoulos is the founder of Eptagon Business Solutions (EBS).

 

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing and Business Management from Oxford Brookes University.

​

As a Regional Product Manager in Corporate Foreign Exchange at Bidvest Bank (Pty) Ltd in South Africa and then a Business Development Manager at Tradeflow (Proprietary) Limited [which was a Joint Venture between The Bidvest Group Ltd (South Africa) and Tower Trade Group (Switzerland)], where he integrated with innovative Supply Chain Finance solutions for his clients in terms of cash flow, business expansion and forex exposure.

​

Elia continued his career as a Client Relationship Manager at Investec Bank Limited (Investec Import Solutions division) in South Africa where he was tasked with introducing new clients to the efficient world of trade finance and import solutions and worked with existing clients to streamline their imports and maximise their cashflows.

​

In working with industry leaders in the international trading space for over 10 years in South Africa, he developed an extensive understanding of the trade finance industry and its key parameters which include: supply chain financing, managing currency risks and incoterms as well as all aspects regarding forwarding and logistics management.

 

Elia has brought his wealth of knowledge and expertise in the trade finance industry to Cyprus to promote and facilitate effective business solutions for local companies and to offer business owners financial flexibility in their trade and import businesses, thereby contributing to improved profit margins.

 

Through his vision, EBS sets to benchmark itself as the industry leader by being the preferred employer in its industry, by broadening the knowledge and expertise of all its employees and by continually improving the trade finance and import solution offerings for its clients.

PETER KLITOU

Peter Klitou holds an M.B.A. from The C.I.I.M., a Bachelors Degree in Management & Finance from The University of Toronto, and an Associateship from The Institute of Canadian Bankers.

​

He is a Financial Management Professional with a track record spanning over 27 years with experience both in Canada and Cyprus. He has extensive experience in the dynamic and evolving financial services environment gained through a number of managerial positions dealing mainly with businesses and high value clients. He has knowledge of mutual fund management and related instruments and is a financial credit analysis specialist.

 

He is self motivated with a drive for success and the ability to inspire others  collectively in a team to align and attain common goals. He is an experienced troubleshooter in foreseeing potential challenges and possesses the flexibility to adapt in difficult situations with an acute sense of optimization in coordination processes.

​

As a member of the management team at the Toronto Dominion Bank in Toronto,  has successfully excelled from retail to commercial lending and has become a licensed mutual fund investment advisor. 

     

Upon moving to Cyprus he continued his career in the Financial Services Sector at Laiki Bank and with his vast experience was instrumental in setting up the Commercial Credit Department of the bank in Limassol, he later moved on to form and lead the Commercial & Corporate Credit Division of Laiki Asset Finance in Limassol. After the merging of Laiki Bank with The Bank of Cyprus, he continued to offer his expertise in Business Lending and Retail Operations.
